Sample of Petition to the court(s)....

Petition to the Court to address grievance(s) of a citizen of the United States of America;

It is my contention that the Laws of The Constitution of The United States of America and the Bill of Rights, in its Original Intent when written, have been subverted and perverted by those within the Government. These perversions, both past and present, were committed by those whom were supposed to safeguard the liberties implied therein. In addition that the 'ideals' contained within the Declaration of Independence, are indeed admissible in a court of law, for they provide further detail as to the thought and intent of the collective whole body of the founders of our country. Thus establishing precedence of their intent in writings thereafter. So that they must be considered when rendering any type of deliberation that would have adverse affect on the Constitution as it was originally formed. For it is evident that there have been many rulings that are contrary to the original intent of the Founders of these United States of America. To that end, the following grievances are being brought to the court for readdressing and further deliberation;


The first grievance being presented is that of the perversion, if you will, of the First Amendment of The Bill of Rights which was an addition to the original Constitution. It is very plain, and is within quoted context that 'separation of State' was meant that the Government could not mandate that a specific Religion be adhered to as if being 'State sponsored'. As well as that the Government would be unable to dictate to the Church on what matters could be publicly proclaimed. That would make the Everson v. Board of Education, 1947 decision a total perversion of the original intent of the Founders as EVIDENCED by the following statements;

The First Amendment has erected a wall of separation between church and state, but that wall is a one directional wall; it keeps the government from running the church, but it makes sure that Christian principles will always stay in government.

In the Supreme Court; In the case of Reynolds v. United States, 1878, the court pulled out Jefferson's speech in its entirety and confirmed that Jefferson also said that Christian principles were never to be separated from government. The Supreme Court used Jefferson's speech for the next 15 years to make sure that Christian principles stayed part of government. Unitl; Christian principles stayed part of government.


It remained this way until 1947, when, in the first time in the Supreme Court's history, the court used only eight words out of Jefferson's speech.

The 1947 decision was a deliberate definitive perversion of the original intent and therefore must be considered as null and void! For it bears not with the facts presented in any way, shape or form!

Yet the perversion was allowed to continue despite the preponderance of evidence of it being contrary to that of the original intent;

The 22 word prayer that was declared to be unconstitutional and which led to the removal of all prayer from public schools in the case Engel v. Vitale. (This little prayer acknowledges God only one time. The Declaration of Independence itself acknowledges God four times).

The above decision was not only obvious in error but was in direct violation of the original intent of the 1st Amendment. These facts need to be reconsidered and weighed out in the scales of justice! For it is evident the decay in society has correlationorelation to the unjust decisions previously made by the court. That it is the responsibility of the court to correct decisions made in error. I pray the court to take heed of the words of John Jay, 1st Chief Justice of The Supreme Court;
"Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers and it is the duty as well as the privilege and interest, of a Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers".

The words of the Honorable John Jay are testimony, in and of itself, of the original intent! The previous rulings must be overturned - they are in obvious error and are in direct conflict to the General Welfare of the citizens of The United States of America!

For the court to not consider the writings attributed to the Founders, AND of the Court itself, is inept and unconscionable. It would have to be considered an abomination of truth and justice itself! It would provide ample proof that the government itself is in violation of its own constitution! And that it is a collective intention by all branches of the government to stray from the principles of a Republican form of government and institute a new perverse form. Thereby causing the enslavement of the citizens of these United States of America. ......................................................................................................................................................................

The second grievance presented is that of the Laying aside, by many localities and states and by many attempts of those in the Federal government, the clear intent of the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights in the U.S. Constitution. It is VERY clear, and beyond dispute the intention of the Founders when this Bill was made into Law. The following quotations from the people instrumental in writing the Bill spell out their exact meaning concisely and have direct bearing in addressing the grievance presented;

The preceding quotations plainly show the intent of the Founders of this country. For the court not to receive them into evidence and give them due and just consideration would be ludicrous. As well as provide evidence of complicity that the court itself is involved in enslavement of the citizens of The United States of America! If that be the case, then it is morally mandatory that the court itself be dissolved. And a new court instituted that will abide by the laws set forth by the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The grievances presented to the court are from one citizen of these United States of America. They are made to urge the court to reconsider previous positions that are in direct violation of the Laws of this land. There are however MILLIONS of citizens of like mind that desire the court to address these perversions in our present governmental systems. The attempt to correct these matters needing tended to are presently in a lawful and peaceful manner. One cannot say what the result will be, should the grievances not receive just attention! The frustration and anger as well as disillusionment with the present government, by the people, may bring about another remedy. One which would not be in the best interest of all involved! It would therefore behove the court to consider the words found in one of our precious historical documents, The Declaration of Independence...That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Government was created of the people, for the people and by the people - not people being created, to be governed!

It is therefore requested of the court to reaffirm the Original 1st and 2nd amendments in the Bill of Rights contained within the United States Constitution. And strike down, as null and void, any LOCAL, STATE or FEDERAL ruling that is found contradictory to the Original U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Conspiracy and not just in 'Theory'...

It is seemingly apparent that the Federal Government assumes it not only the Right but the duty to perform 'Background' checks on prospective purchasers of Firearms. Which has some merit, for it is quite evident that our Founders desired that Firearms be in "safe and sane" hands. That the Federal Government assures that a citizen is indeed capable of possessing a firearm could be considered a matter of Ensuring Domestic Tranquility it can be reasoned.
It is also readily apparent that we all make mistakes, whether in thought, word or deed. Those that have at one time offended and transgressed the law should have the ability to return to the 'safe and sane' status after a reasonable period of time. Depending of course on the severity of the offense committed. And their 'track record' since the time in which the offense occurred. That would seem to be fair and reasonable Justice.

There are some citizens that should NEVER be allowed possession of a Firearm. Those that have ever caused intentionally grievous criminal harm to another for instance. Although 'crimes of passion' must be carefully weighed in the balances of Justice. For we are dealing with the most base of human emotion. Jealousy is a natural human emotion and is for the most part unavoidable in certain cases. For even God is jealous and desires our total loyalty and fidelity. It is my assertion that the aforementioned is right, just and within the 'Intent of the U.S. Constitution'.

What is not right, just or within the Intent of the U.S. Constitution are those that conspire to subvert it. Whether the conspiracy comes from the Government or Private sector. The people that lobby for Gun Control are indeed making the attempt to subvert the original intent of the Founders when it was written. And the Bill of Rights has been judicially reaffirmed on a number of occasions. Which makes the attempts at subverting it all that much more intolerable.

There should be provision to address this grievance and to have criminal charges brought against those attacking their fellow citizens rights. It is a matter that is beyond contention. For we are Constitutionally assured of the Rights given under it!

Possible legal arguments can be made using the following;

The 'Great American Liberal Socialist Experiment' didn't work....

The 'socialist' type method of governing, that the judicial, executive and legislative branches, has used for the last few decades has failed. And failed miserably it can be said!

The Original Intent of the principles, outlined by the Founders of this country, must be restored! When something is broken it needs repaired. The perversion of the original principles, on which our government was based, has bore 'fruit'. And the taste of that 'fruit' is not pleasant! All three of the branches of government share responsibility for this subverting of the Original Intent of our founders. For it could not have transpired had it not been for the input from all three! We all make mistakes. However, to continue on in the same fashion with the knowledge of wrong doing is criminal. And one could say, homicidal and suicidal!

At one time this country was envied by the rest of the world! People longed to come here and experience freedom and liberty. Now a good part of the world either fears or hates us. The other portion looks at us as hypocrites!

The purpose of this blog is;
To spell out clearly what our founders had envisioned for this country,
To take an honest look at obvious mistakes made along the way.
To form a consensus on how to correct these mistakes and get back on the right track!

The first article in this blog, Proofs of the Original Intent, (1st), is a list of quotes and facts from our founders and others of repute. This article deals directly with the First Amendment.
The second article, Proofs of the Original Intent, (2nd), deals specifically with the Second Amendment and also utilizes facts and quotes from those who were instrumental in writing them. And others knowledgeable in the facts presented.
As man is made up of three distinctly different, yet inseparable aspects - Mind, Body and Spirit.
So is our intended government system, as defined by our founders. Executive, (Mind), Legislative, (Body) and Judicial, (Spirit).
The founders of our country thought, discussed and debated long and hard about the form of government. What better notion than to attempt to emulate God? For HE is three distinctly different, yet inseparable aspects - Mind, (Father), Body, (Son), and Spirit, (Holy Spirit).
(I invite anyone to debate me on this analogy)
What this entails then, is that those who have been perverting our system of government, are acting in direct violation of the laws of God and Man. This is, by definition, what is called evil and corruption. And since it has gone on unabated and in concerted effort it can be called nothing other than a scheme. It is being carried out in a deliberate, continuous and progressive manner. And it is aimed at completely destroying the very foundation of our country, (as it was intended by our founders)! How can it be called or considered as anything else? For the people supposedly representing us are supposed to have expert knowledge of the history of our laws. And they are supposed to be placed there by us to guard these laws and liberties!
By legal definition these crimes being perpetrated are; subversion, high treason and gross negligence. I'm sure, that upon more thorough examination, there would be many more crimes our representatives could be charged with!

Challenges to the Constitutionality of the government being run by Christian principles continued throughout the late 1800s finally arrived at the Supreme Court.
In the case of Reynolds v. United States, 1878, the court pulled out Jefferson’s speech in its entirety and confirmed that Jefferson also said that Christian principles were never to be separated from government. The Supreme Court used Jefferson’s speech for the next 15 years to make sure that Christian principles stayed part of government.
It remained this way until 1947, when, in the first time in the Supreme Court’s history, the court used only eight words out of Jefferson’s speech. The First Amendment has erected a wall between church and state. That wall must be kept high and impregnable.

Removal of Prayer Snowballs

“Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers, and our Country.”

The 22 word prayer that was declared to be unconstitutional and which led to the removal of all prayer from public schools in the case Engel v. Vitale. This little prayer acknowledges God only one time. The Declaration of Independence itself acknowledges God four times.

Within 12 months of Engel v. Vitale, in two more cases called Abington v. Schempp and Murray v. Curlett, the court had completely removed Bible reading, religious classes/instruction. This was a radical reversal of lawand all without precedental justification or Constitutional basis.

If portions of the New Testament were read without explanation, they could be, and had been, psychologically harmful to the child.
(Abington v. Schempp, June 17, 1963).

The Court’s justification for removing Bible reading from public schools. The Court at this time declared that only 3% of the nation professed no belief in religion, no belief in God. Although this prayer was consistent with 97% of the beliefs of the people of the United States, the Court decided for the 3% against the majority.

What happens when a nation stops basing its judgments on a Biblical basis?

Reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.

Signers of the Declaration of Independence

Fifty-six men signed the Declaration of Independence. Their conviction resulted in untold sufferings for themselves and their families. Of the 56 men, five were captured by the British and tortured before they died. Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their sons in the Revolutionary Army. Another had two sons captured. Nine of the fifty-six fought and died from wounds or hardships of the war.
Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships sunk by the British navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts and died in poverty.
At the battle of Yorktown, the British General Cornwallis had taken over Thomas Nelson’s home for his headquarters. Nelson quietly ordered General George Washington to open fire on the Nelson home. The home was destroyed and Nelson died bankrupt.
John Hart was driven from his wife’s bedside as she was dying. Their thirteen children fled for their lives. His fields and mill were destroyed. For over a year, he lived in forest and caves, returning home only to find his wife dead and his children vanished. A few weeks later, he died from exhaustion.

U.S. Students

A few years ago, a substitute teacher wrote in the Washington Post about the depressing experience he had while teaching three advanced government classes in a suburban Virginia school. He decided to poll his students on the basic question of whether the American system of government was morally superior to that of the Soviet Union? Fifty-one of the 53 high school seniors he asked—the brightest high school seniors in one of the best school systems in the country—saw no difference between the two.
These children could not morally distinguish between their own nation built on the basis of each individual having God-given rights, and another nation that has operated for over 70 years on the assumption that man is a mere creature of the state. Not coincidentally, the two children who did comprehend a difference were Vietnamese boat children. They had received a valuable education in reality when they experienced the collapse of their homeland into the darkness of totalitarianism.
